Team preparation
Read the scorecard carefully to make sure every assessed area is covered. Use the official STEM Racing Project Management Guide as a reference.
Who attends
All team members must be present during the PM judging session, at the time of Pit Display.
Process
Judges may ask questions to help find content or seek further explanation. Judges also pre-review each portfolio ahead of the scheduled session.
Portfolio
A3 (or equivalent) · 7 pages maximum (1-page front cover + 6 pages of content)
Page allocation per KPI is at each team's discretion. Only the first 7 pages are reviewed if exceeded.
