The 12-page Enterprise Portfolio (Marketing, Sponsorship & ROI, Digital Media, Sustainability, Document Presentation), the Pit Display, and overall Team Identity.
Team preparation
Prepare one Enterprise Portfolio and Pit Display per Article C2.10. Decide how/where each KPI area is presented, mindful of judging time constraints.
Who attends
All team members must be present during the display judging session.
Process
Judging happens in a dedicated session; judges may ask questions and also pre-review the portfolio ahead of time. Team Identity is assessed by looking at the Pit Display, portfolio and interviews, cross-referenced against the engineering/PM portfolios and car photos for consistency.
Portfolio
A3 (or equivalent) · 12 pages maximum (1-page front cover + 10 pages of content + 1-page back cover)
Back cover must include the STEM Racing India logo, the team logo and a team photo. Only the first 11 pages are reviewed if exceeded.
